Refund Policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Refunds can not be issued to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- All merchandise must be be unworn and show no signs of being worn or washed
- Items that are returned with obvious use, makeup or deodorant stains, perfume smells, etc. may be subject to rejection
- No returns or exchanges on sale items or accessories (jewelry, hats, koozies, stickers, keychains, cups, etc).
- Send an email to wickedwheelgiftshop@gmail.com
- Include your name, address, phone number, and your original order number.
- State the reason for the return
Additional Information:
- Please allow up to 48 hours for us to process your return once we receive your return at our gift shop
- Customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the item unless it is defective and they are exchanging for the same exact item.
